Client: SONGDO OFFICE TOWER
The project is a design for a 30-story multi-tenant office building located in the fast growing Songdo region in Incheon, Korea. The design includes 54,000SM of office space, branch bank, retail, restaurants, dormitories, and support parking. The angular design creates a dramatic statement for the client. The grand atrium reinforces the office community by facilitating synergy between multiple tenants and providing social space with climate controlled access to bank, retail and restaurants.
